Had an amazing experience at audio active! Quote sent through was super thorough and helpful and they also offered to let me park my car at their place over night to avoid the rush in the morning.
They upgraded my car alarm system at no extra cost to me and even got rid of the Japanese lady speaking to me every time I turn on my vehicle (at no extra cost, also!)

Absolutely wonderful customer service – he’s gone above & beyond in my case. My simple install had an issue absolutely nothing to do with Audio Active, in fact he completely replaced my nav system for me 2wks ago hoping it would be fine afterwards .
In fact, the wiring in my car was done in Japan & has caused the problems. He’s rewired my car for me at no extra cost. I highly recommend Brian & his lovely wife Tracy with any navigation system & reversing camera needs. A+++
